S&A Homes utilizes a third party to verify your identity in order to permit you to self-tour our homes without the need to have an S&A representative present. When you choose to self-tour you will be required to provide your full name, email, phone number and a credit card for verification purposes only.

Embedded videos on our website

S&A Homes occasionally displays informative videos on our website for you to learn more about our company in general as well as our products and services. When you view videos on our website, your PII may be shared with third parties who host the video, and your PII will be subject to those third parties’ privacy policies that are out of our control.

Website Chat / Chatbot

Our Site also uses a live chat/chat-bot function "Chat Bot".  This function provides you, as a Site user, with a more comprehensive web experience to connect with our company and make inquiries in real time with our staff or our ai chat bot. The "Chat Bot" provides a free form text input in which You can type whatever questions you have for our company which may result in the submission of Personally Identifiable Information.  Such information is subject to this Privacy Policy. Please be aware that the Chat Bot records all chat sessions and stores them for https://www.livechat.com/legal/privacy-policy/, including anything you type, whether you are interacting with the automated personnel or a real person who works for S&A.  We use LiveChat to provide the Chat Bot functionality to Our Site, and when you use the Chat Bot, the information you disclose in your Chat Bot session is disclosed to LiveChat for purposes of providing the Chat Bot services to us.  Your information is not transmitted to LiveChat for any other purpose, and LiveChat is subject to the same or greater restrictions as are required by this Privacy Policy.  If you do not wish your Chat Bot session to be recorded, please do not use the Chat Bot on Our Site.
