The two-story Bayberry features three front elevation options and starts with 2,289 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, two-car garage, and an unfinished basement.
Main Level Included Features:
- Foyer Entry – Located in the front, center of the home, the two-story Foyer with hard-surface flooring is flanked by a formal Dining Room on the left, and an interior wall adjoining the Garage on the right. Upon entering, the straight stairwell to the upper level is on the left side along the interior wall adjoining the Dining Room. A short hallway leads past a powder room on the right followed by the Laundry Room with access to the Garage on the right, coat closet on the right facing a single door on the left that leads downstairs to the basement. The Foyer hallway ends at the Great Room with the Breakfast Area in the rear left corner of the home and interior wall adjoining the Owner’s Bedroom to the right.
- Powder Room – The Powder Room features hard-surface flooring, a pedestal sink with oval mirror above facing the toilet.
