=Edgewood Acres Site Map – Full Description:
Homesites at Edgewood Acres range in size from .15 acre to .25 acre. There are 72 homesites in the community, and S&A Homes is currently building on 30 of those homesites.
At the very top of the map, from left to right, are homesites 225-248, which front Basswood Drive and face southeast. These homesites back to existing homes in a neighboring community. East Christiana Street enters from the northwest between homesites 244 and 245, and connects with Basswood Drive. Hemlock Street also enters from the northwest between two un-numbered homesites and connects with Basswood Drive. Also fronting Basswood Drive are homesites 252-254, which all face northwest.
On the left side of the map, from right to left, homesites 257-261 front Ironwood Drive, face southeast, and back to homesites along Basswood Drive. Ironwood Drive connects on the left side to Balsam Street, and on the right side to Butternut Street. Both streets connect to Basswood Drive to the west.
On the right side of the map, from left to right, homesites 212-216 front Sourwood Drive, most facing southeast, and back to homesites along Basswood Drive. Corner homesite 212 is on the corner of Sourwood Drive and Bluejack Street, which continues northwest and connects with Basswood Drive. The orientation of this homesite is to be determined. Across the street on Sourwood Drive are homesites 203 and 204, which front Sourwood Drive and face northwest.
