Redwood - Streamline Series - Floorplan Description:
A part of the energy-efficient Streamline Series from S&A Homes, the two-story Redwood features a multi-gable exterior in traditional and Craftsman-style elevations. The Redwood boasts 1,689 square feet of living space with three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a two-car, front-entry garage, and unfinished basement.
Main Level Included Features:
- Entry – The covered front Entry, adjacent and to the left of the two-car, front-entry Garage, opens to the Foyer with vinyl flooring, and leads directly into the Great Room with carpeted flooring.
- Great Room – Dimensions are 14-feet, 8-inches by 18-feet, 3 inches. The Great Room is located at the front, left-center of the home between the foyer and garage in the front, and the Kitchen and Dining Area in the back. There are three square windows on the left side wall. The right side wall of the Great Room adjoins the Laundry Room wall. From the Great Room on the right, a small carpeted hallway leads straight into the Powder Room. Before reaching the powder room, there is a coat closet with sliding door on the left, and the entrance to the Laundry Room on the right. Just beyond this hallway is a single doorway to the unfinished basement, and an open, turned staircase to the second floor.
- Laundry Room – Accessible directly from the Garage, the Laundry Room features vinyl flooring and hook-ups for a side-by-side washer and dryer on the right side, exterior wall.
- Powder Room – The Powder Room features vinyl flooring, a single vanity, and toilet.
- Two-Car Front Entry Garage – Dimensions are 19-feet, 4-inches by 19-feet, 8-inches. The Garage is located at the front right side of the home adjacent to the covered porch and Foyer, and includes one large door.
- Kitchen – Dimensions are 11-feet, 10-inches by 12-feet, 9-inches. Located in the rear left corner of the home behind the Great Room, the L-Shaped Kitchen features vinyl flooring. The L-shape begins on the left exterior-facing wall with a single-door pantry, stove with microwave above, and loops around to the rear-facing exterior wall. On this wall is a double sink with window above, neighboring dishwasher and 36-inch refrigerator space.
- Dining Room – Dimensions are 12-feet, 10-inches by 12-feet, 5-inches. Located in the opposing rear corner of the home, the Dining Room features access to the rear yard through the sliding glass door on the back wall. The Dining Room is completely open to the Kitchen and Great Room areas and includes carpet flooring.
Main Level Optional Features:
- Optional 4-foot Kitchen Island with overhang. This island overlooks the Dining Room.
- Optional Gas Fireplace - Located in the Great Room centered on the side exterior wall. This fireplace replaces the center side window. Two windows flank the fireplace.
Upper Level Included Features:
- The carpeted, split staircase leading to the upper-level empties onto a centrally located landing facing access to the full Secondary Bath Number 2. Carpet extends throughout the hallways, bedrooms, and closets on the second floor.
- Owner’s Suite – Dimensions are 14-feet, 8-inches by 11-feet, 3-inches. Located above the Great Room and Garage, the Owner’s Suite encompasses the entire front half of the home. Positioned in the left front corner of the home, the Owner’s Bedroom features a single window facing the front yard and another single window facing the side exterior of the home. The walk-in closet is located along the left side exterior wall and measures 5-feet, 4-inches by 9-feet, 3-inches.
- Owner’s Bath – Located in the front right corner of the home, the Owner’s Bath features vinyl flooring, a single window facing out to the front of the home, oversized vanity, toilet, and a shower stall with built-in corner shelves facing a linen closet with sliding doors.
- Continuing down the landing toward the rear of the home on the left, Secondary Bathroom Number 2 features vinyl flooring, a single vanity, toilet, and shower/tub combination with built-in corner shelves.
- Secondary Bedroom Number 2 – Dimensions are 12-feet, 4-inches by 9-feet, 10-inches. Secondary Bedroom Number 2 sits in the rear left corner of the home and features a single window facing out to the rear of the home. The closet with sliding door sits on the interior wall toward Secondary Bedroom Number 3.
- Secondary Bedroom Number 3 – Dimensions are 10-feet, 2-inches by 10-feet, 1-inch. Taking up the right corner in the rear of the plan, Secondary Bedroom Number 3 is located behind the stairwell. One single window faces out the rear of the home and the closet with sliding doors sits on the interior wall toward the stairwell at the center of the home.
Optional Upper-Level Features:
- Luxury Owner’s Bath – includes dual vanity sink.
Lower-Level Included Features:
- Unfinished Basement – A turned staircase leads to the unfinished basement from the main level. The basement features a single 4-foot by 4-foot egress window well that faces out to the rear of the home.
