Hampton Single-Family Interactive Floor Plan Description – Elevation C:
The one-story Hampton ranch plan features three front elevation options and starts with 1,744 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, two baths, a two-car, front-entry garage, and an unfinished basement.
Main Level Included Features:
- From left to right on the front exterior, the Hampton Elevation C features a single window at Bedroom Number 3, a double window at Bedroom Number 2, Porch to Foyer Entry, and two-car, front-entry Garage.
- Foyer – Located at the center of the front of the plan between Bedroom Number 2 and the Garage, the single-door Foyer Entry leads inside to hard-surface flooring, a single-door coat closet on the right, and a carpeted vestibule hallway leading to the bedrooms encompassing the entire left side of the home. Continuing from the Foyer to the rear of the home, the Foyer ends at the Great Room with the Kitchen and Breakfast Area encompassing the entire right side of the home.
- The carpeted vestibule hallway leading to the bedrooms on the left side of the home takes an L shape. Turning left from the Foyer, the hallway faces the left side of the home with a single-door linen closet on the left toward the front of the home followed by Bedroom Number 2. Access to Bedroom Number 3 is straight ahead. Taking the L-shape toward the rear of the home, Bedroom Number 4 is on the left along the left-side exterior wall, Bathroom Number 2 is on the right along the interior wall and the Owner’s Bedroom is located at the end of the hall in the rear left corner of the home.
- Bedroom Number 2 – Dimensions are 10-feet, 9-inches by 11-feet, 5-inches. Located at the front of the home between Bedroom Number 3 and the Porch/Foyer, Bedroom Number 2 features a double window facing out the front of the home and a closet on the rear interior wall with sliding double doors.
- Bedroom Number 3 – Dimensions are 9-feet, 9-inches by 11-feet, 4-inches. Located in the front left corner of the home, a single window faces out the front of the home and an additional single window faces out the left side of the home. A walk-in closet is located on the front exterior wall adjoining the wall of Bedroom Number 2.
- Bedroom Number 4 – Dimensions are 9-feet, 9-inches by 10-feet, 1-inch. Located along the left-side exterior wall between Bedroom Number 3 at the front of the home and the Owner’s Walk-In Closet at the rear of the home, Bedroom Number 4 features a single window facing out the left side of the home and a closet with double sliding doors on the interior wall adjoining the hallway.
- Bathroom Number 2 – Located perpendicular to the Owner’s Bedroom and adjoining the Great Room, Bathroom Number 2 features hard-surface flooring, a single vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combination with built-in corner shelves.
- Owner’s Bedroom – Dimensions are 11-feet, 9-inches by 15-eet, 9-inches. The Owner’s Bedroom adjoins the wall of the Great Room to its right with the Owner’s Bathroom and Walk-In Closet encompassing its left side on the left exterior wall. The Owner’s Bedroom features two single windows facing out the rear of the home.
- Owner’s Bathroom – Located in the rear left corner of the home, the Owner’s Bathroom features a single-door linen closet and walk-in shower on the rear exterior wall, a single window on the left-side exterior wall and the toilet and double-single vanity on the interior wall toward the front of the home and adjoining the Owner’s Walk-In Closet.
- Owner’s Walk-In Closet – Dimensions are 8-feet, 9-inches by 6-feet, 11-inches. Located between the Owner’s Bathroom at the rear left corner of the home and Bedroom Number 4 toward the front of the home, the Owner’s Walk-In Closet features U-shaped wire shelving.
- Two-Car, Front-Entry Garage – Dimensions are 20-feet, 0-inches by 22-feet, 0-inches. Located in the front right corner of the home, the Garage features a double-car single Garage door and a single door centered on the rear interior wall leading inside to hard-surface flooring.
- Upon entering through the Garage, a single door is located on the left leading downstairs to the Basement, a single door leading into the Laundry Room is to the right and continuing inside, ends at the Kitchen with the Great Room sitting immediately to the left at the rear center of the home.
- Laundry Room – Located between the Kitchen and Garage along the right-side exterior wall, the Laundry Room features hard-surface flooring and connections for a side-by-side washer and dryer on the right-side exterior wall.
- Kitchen – Dimensions are 10-feet, 2-inches by 10-feet, 5-inches. Located along the right-side exterior wall between the Laundry Room toward the front of the home and the Breakfast Area in the rear right corner of the home, the Kitchen features L-shaped cabinetry along the right exterior wall and a functional, angled, eat-in island overlooking the Great Room. A single-door pantry is located on the wall adjoining the Laundry Room, followed by cabinetry looping toward the rear of the home along the right-side exterior wall featuring a stove. The angled Kitchen island features a dishwasher, double sink, and bar overhang.
- Breakfast Area – Dimensions are 10-feet, 11-inches by 10-feet, 6-inches. Located in the rear right corner of the home, the Breakfast Area features a double window facing out the rear of the home.
- Great Room – Dimensions are 16-feet, 0-inches by 21-feet, 5-inches. Located at the rear center of the home, the Great Room features two single windows facing out the rear of the home and a single door leading to the rear of the home.
- Hard-surface flooring is included in the Foyer, Kitchen, Breakfast Area, Laundry Room, and Full Baths. Carpet flooring is included in the Great Room, all Bedrooms and closets, along with the hallways.
Main Level Optional Features:
- Optional Cathedral Ceiling in the Great Room.
- Optional Great Room fireplace on the rear exterior wall in place of one single window. The optional Great Room fireplace sits between one single window on the left, and the single door leading to the rear of the home on the right.
- Optional 45-degree walkout bay off the rear of the Owner’s Bedroom. This option features three single windows in lieu of the original two single windows.
- Optional 2-foot Breakfast Area rear extension. The Breakfast Area now measures 10-feet, 11-inches by 12-feet, 6-inches.
- Optional 45-degree walkout bay off the rear of the Breakfast Area. This option features three single windows in lieu of the original double window.
- Optional Sitting Room/Nursery in lieu of Bedroom Number 4. This option features a single-door on the rear exterior wall connected to the Owner’s Bedroom, as well as the original single door accessing the hallway, a single-door closet adjoining the hallway and a single window on the left-side exterior wall. The optional Sitting Room/Nursery is not available with the optional 3-Bedroom Layout.
- Optional 3-Bedroom Layout – This option eliminates Bedroom Number 4 and expands Bedroom Numbers 2 and 3 to both now include walk-in closets. Bedroom Number 3 now sits at the front of the home between the Front Porch and the Walk-In Closets of Bedroom Number 2 and 3, and Bedroom Number 2 sits along the left-side exterior wall adjoining the Owner’s Walk-In Closet. Bedroom Number 3 measures 11-feet, 7-inches by 11-feet, 5-inches with a double window facing out the front of the home and a walk-in closet, measuring 8-feet, 11-inches by 4-feet, 4-inches, with single window facing out the front of the home and L-shaped wire shelving. Bedroom Number 2 measures 12-feet, 1-inch by 12-feet, 7-inches with a double window on the left-side exterior wall and a walk-in closet, measuring 8-feet, 11-inches by 5-feet, 0-inches, toward the front of the home adjoining the walk-in closet of Bedroom Number 3.
- Optional rear wood deck off the Great Room.
- Optional rear concrete patio off the Great Room.
- Optional side-entry Garage with two single windows on the front of the home in lieu of the original Garage door.
Lower-Level Included Features:
- Unfinished Basement – Includes a 4-foot by 4-foot egress window well that faces out to the left side of the home.
Optional Lower-Level Features:
- Optional Finished Recreation Room – The optional Finished Recreation Room measures 21-feet, 8-inches by 30-feet, 1-inch and encompasses the rear left side of the Basement. This option includes a single door accessing additional Storage Space toward the front left corner of the Basement and a single door accessing the Utility Room at the rear right corner of the Basement.
- Storage Space – Unfinished Storage Space is located at the front left corner of the Basement.
- Utility Room – The unfinished Utility Room is located at the rear right corner of the Basement.
- Optional Basement Bathroom – Located at the on the right side of the Basement between the optional Finished Recreation Room and the unfinished Utility Room, the optional Basement Bathroom features hard-surface flooring, a single vanity, toilet and tub/shower combination.
