Glynwood Streamline Series Floorplan Description:
A part of the energy-efficient Streamline Series from S&A Homes, the charming Glynwood ranch design offers both traditional and craftsman-style exterior elevation options with 1,320 square feet of impressive living space, three bedrooms, two baths, a two-car, front-entry garage and unfinished basement.
Main Level Included Features:
- Covered Porch Entry – Located beside the two-car, front-entry garage on the right side of the home, the Covered Porch Entry features a single window to the left of the front door.
- Foyer – Located on the right side of the home. This area includes vinyl flooring, a coat closet immediately to the left, and a single window on the right wall facing the garage access door directly across.
- Two-Car Front Entry Garage – Located to the left of the Porch Entry and Foyer, dimensions are 19-feet, 2-inches by 19-feet, 7-inches. The two-car garage features a single door.
- Great Room – Dimensions are 13-feet, 2-inches by 13-feet, 9-inches. Situated between the Foyer entry and the Kitchen and Dining Areas, the Great Room includes carpet flooring. A door to the basement stairwell is located just off the Great Room on the left side, adjacent to the Foyer Entry.
- Kitchen – Dimensions are 9-feet, 0-inches by 9-feet, 4-inches. Located just past the Great Room and connected to the Dining Area, the galley island Kitchen sits roughly in the middle of the home and features vinyl flooring and a wall of cabinets. When facing the cabinets, from left to right, the wall features the oven and refrigerator space, separated by countertop space with cabinets above and below. The opposing functional island, directly in front of the wall of cabinets, features a dishwasher, double sink, and bar overhang overlooking the Dining Area.
- Dining Area – Dimensions are 10-feet, 8-inches by 12-feet, 10-inches. Adjacent to the Kitchen, the Dining Area features vinyl flooring and three single, square windows on the home’s right side wall.
- Laundry Room – Located at the rear of the home, just off the back of the Dining Area, the Laundry Room has vinyl flooring, a single door entry, and hookups for a side-by-side washer and dryer. Wire shelving is included along the back wall above the future washer & dryer.
- Rear Covered Porch – Located off the back right corner of the home, just beyond the Dining Area and Laundry Room, the rear porch can be accessed through a single swinging door.
- Owner’s Suite – Dimensions are 11-feet, 11-inches by 13-feet, 11-inches. This bathroom includes vinyl flooring, a single vanity, toilet, and shower/tub combination with built-in corner shelves.
- Secondary Bedroom Number 2 – Dimensions are 9-feet, 11-inches by 9-feet, 11-inches. After passing the Secondary Full Bath, the hallway from the Great Room dead ends into a hallway linen closet and splits to the left and right to opposing Secondary Bedrooms. To the right, Secondary Bedroom Number 2 sits in the center of the home on the left side. This room features a single window on the out-facing wall, and closet with sliding door on the front-facing wall.
- Secondary Bedroom Number 3 – Dimensions are 9-feet, 11-inches by 11-feet, 7-inches. To the left of the hallway, Secondary Bedroom Number 3 is located toward the front of the home behind the garage and features a single window on the out-facing wall and a closet with sliding door on the rear-facing wall.

- Unfinished Basement – The unfinished basement includes a 4-foot by 4-foot egress window well on the left side of the rear wall.
