Aspen Single-Family Interactive Floor Plan Description:
The one-story Aspen ranch home features three front elevation options and starts with 1,849 square feet of living space. The home features three bedrooms, two baths, two-car garage, and an unfinished basement.
Main Level Included Features:
- Foyer Entry - Located at the front center of the home between the two-car, front-entry Garage on the right side and Secondary Bedroom Number 3 on the left side, the Foyer includes hard-surface flooring and coat closet. Upon entering, turn either toward the right side of the home with the Garage and main living area, or toward the left side leading down a short hallway to the secondary bedrooms. The hallway includes carpet flooring.
- Secondary Bathroom Number 2 – Located at the center of the home at the start of the hallway leading to the Secondary Bedrooms, Secondary Bathroom Number 2 features hard-surface flooring, a dual vanity, tub/shower combination and linen closet.
- Laundry Room – Located directly across from Secondary Bathroom Number 2 at the start of the hallway, the Laundry Room features hard-surface flooring and connections for a side-by-side washer and electric dryer.
- Secondary Bedroom Number 3 – Dimensions are 11-feet, 0-inches by 12-feet, 0-inches. Located at the front left corner of the home beside the Foyer Entry, Secondary Bedroom Number 3 features a double window facing out the front of the home and carpet flooring. An L-shaped walk-in sits toward the interior wall of the home and has a single window facing out the front of the home. The bedroom and closet both include carpet flooring.
- Secondary Bedroom Number 2 – Dimensions are 10-feet, 4-inches by 10-feet, 11-inches. Located behind Secondary Bedroom Number 3, Secondary Bedroom Number 2 features a double window facing out the side of the home. A closet with sliding door sits parallel along the home’s interior-facing wall.
- Two Car Front-Entry Garage – Dimensions are 19-feet, 3-inches by 19-feet, 7-inches. The Garage is located to the right side of the front Foyer Entry. A doorway leads from the garage directly into the hallway/Kitchen area.
- Kitchen – Dimensions are 12-feet, 4-inches by 10-feet, 1-inch. Located behind the Garage, the Kitchen features hard-surface flooring. Beginning on the shared wall with the Garage from left to right: the Kitchen features space for a refrigerator with cabinets and countertops leading toward the side exterior wall. The range sits on the exterior wall, and the cabinets end at the Dining Room. Facing the Dining Room, a large island with overhang contains a double sink and dishwasher to the right of the sink.
- Dining Room – Dimensions are 12-feet, 8-inches by 10-feet, 11-inches. Located at the center of the home between the Kitchen and Family Room, the Dining Room features a double window on the side exterior-facing wall. Opposite the double windows is a straight flight staircase leading to the Basement.
- Family Room – Dimensions are 21-feet, 7-inches by 13-feet, 2-inches. Located at the rear corner of the home on the same side as the Garage, the Family Room features double windows on the rear wall, as well as a sliding glass door to the outside.
- Owner’s Bedroom – Dimensions are 16-feet, 0-inches by 14-feet, 1-inch. Located in the left rear corner of the home off the Family Room, the Owner’s Bedroom features triple windows facing out to the backyard. A U-shaped walk-in closet, measuring 4-feet, 6-inches by 10-feet, 8-inches, is located toward the rear center of the home. Sharing a wall with Secondary Bedroom Number 2, the Sitting Area measures 9-feet, 3-inches by 10-feet, 11-inches and is located toward the front of the home with a single window facing out the side of the home.
- Owner's Bath - Situated near the entrance to the Owner's Bedroom, this bathroom adjoins Bath 2. Bathroom features a shower, double bowl sink, linen closet and toilet.
Main Level Optional Features:
- Alternate Kitchen – Dimensions are 12-feet, 4-inches by 10-feet, 1-inch. Located behind the Garage, the U-shaped Kitchen features hard-surface flooring. Beginning on the shared wall with the Garage from left to right: the Kitchen features space for a refrigerator with cabinets and countertops leading toward the side exterior wall. The range sits on the exterior wall, and the cabinets loop around to the two-tier bar overhang with sink overlooking the Dining Room and Family Room. The dishwasher is located to the left of the sink.
- Morning Room – Dimensions are 14-feet, 11-inches by 12-feet, 0-inches. Located off the Family Room on the rear of the home, the Morning Room features a cathedral ceiling and three windows with circle top above the center window.
- Gas Fireplace – Available in the Family Room on the side exterior wall
- 4-foot Family Room extension off the rear of the home.
- Tray ceiling in the Family Room.
- Cathedral ceiling in the Family Room (not available with second-floor loft and Secondary Bedroom Number 4.)
- Study in lieu of Secondary Bedroom Number 3 – Dimensions are 11-feet, 0-inches by 12-feet, 0-inches. Opting for the Study also extends the Laundry Room, removing Secondary Bedroom Number 3’s walk-in closet.
- Optional water closet in Owner's Bath - includes swinging door and enclosed toilet.
- Luxury Owner’s Bathroom – Upgraded Owner’s Bathroom extends into the Sitting Area (replaces this space) with French door entry, soaking tub, dual vanity, linen closet, walk-in shower with corner shelves and private water closet.
Optional Second Floor:
- Second Floor Addition – includes a finished Loft space with an unfinished storage area. A straight-run staircase extends from the Foyer entry area upstairs into this space.
- Loft – Dimensions are 20-feet, 11-inches by 16-feet, 0-inches. Located above the main-level bedrooms, the Loft features a double window facing out the side of the home.
- Optional Dormer off Loft Area – Extends loft area toward the front of the home. Includes three windows facing out the front.
- Optional Secondary Bedroom Number 4 in lieu of the unfinished storage area - Dimensions are 12-feet, 2-inches by 16-feet, 0-inches. Located above the Garage, Secondary Bedroom Number 4 features a double window facing out the side of the home and a walk-in closet measuring 4-feet, 11-inches by 4-feet, 4-inches.
- Optional Secondary Bathroom Number 3 – Located between the Loft and Unfinished Storage Area/Optional Secondary Bedroom Number 4, Secondary Bathroom Number 3 features hard-surface flooring, a single vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combination.
Lower-Level Included Features:
- Unfinished Basement – includes a 4-foot by 4-foot egress window well that faces out to the rear of the home. This window is located toward the back left corner on the rear wall.
Optional Lower-Level Features:
- Finished basement options include a Recreation Room, Flex Space, Media/Exercise Room and full Secondary Bathroom.
- Recreation Room – Dimensions are 16-feet, 2-inches by 34-feet, 1-inch. The Recreation Room is located along the side of the home below the main-level bedrooms above.
- Flex Space – Located at the right rear corner of the home below the main-level Family Room, the Flex Space measures 17-feet, 7-inches by 17-feet, 4-inches. This option is available only with the Recreation Room option.
- Media/Exercise Room – Dimensions are 17-feet, 7-inches by 16-feet, 4-inches. Adjacent to the Flex Space, the Media/Exercise Room is located toward the front of the home behind the garage. This option is available only with the Recreation Room option.
- Storage Room – Additional storage space is located ahead of the Recreation Room toward the front of the home.
- Full Secondary Bathroom – Located between the Flex Space or Unfinished Area and Recreation Room, the Full Secondary Bathroom features hard-surface flooring, a single vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combination.
- Optional full basement extension under Optional Morning Room.
