A part of the energy-efficient Streamline Series from S&A Homes, the split-level Norwood features traditional and craftsman-style exterior elevation options. The Norwood offers 1,377 square feet of living space with three bedrooms, two baths, and a two-car, front-entry garage adjoined to the unfinished basement.
Main Level Included Features:
Walkup stoop located in the center of the plan between the two-car garage and windows to the Unfinished Basement.
Foyer – Upon entering onto vinyl flooring, the stairs split downstairs leading to the Garage, Laundry Room and Unfinished Basement, and upstairs leading to the plan’s Main Level.
Dining Area – Dimensions are 8-feet, 1-inch by 11-feet, 3-inches. The stairs immediately open to the Dining Area, which has a sliding glass door on the rear wall. The Dining Area neighbors the open L-shaped Kitchen and loops back toward the front of the home to the Great Room. This area includes carpet flooring.
Kitchen – Dimensions are 11-feet, 2-inches by 11-feet, 3-inches. The L-shaped Kitchen, located in the right rear corner of the plan, features vinyl flooring and features (from left to right) a dishwasher, double sink with single window above facing the back yard, electric stove and 36-inch refrigerator space.
Great Room – Dimensions are 12-feet, 5-inches by 15-feet, 3-inches. Located in the front right corner of the plan, the Great Room features double windows facing out to the front yard. This area includes carpet flooring.
Secondary Full Bath – The opposing side of the plan from the open stairwell features a carpeted hallway leading to the Secondary Full Bath and Bedrooms. The Secondary Full Bath, located at the start of the hallway, features vinyl flooring, a linen closet behind the entry door, a single sink vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combination with corner shelves.
Secondary Bedroom Number 3 – Dimensions are 10-feet, 3-inches by 11-feet, 9-inches. Located toward the front of the home in the center, Secondary Bedroom Number 3 features a single window facing the front yard, and a closet with sliding door on the shared wall with Secondary Bedroom Number 2. This room includes carpet flooring.
Secondary Bedroom Number 2 – Dimensions are 10-feet, 1-inch by 10-feet, 10-inches. Located in the front left corner of the home, Secondary Bedroom Number 2 features a single window facing the front yard, and a closet with swinging door on the shared wall with Secondary Bedroom Number 3. This room includes carpet flooring.
Owner’s Suite – Dimensions are 12-feet, 4-inches by 11-feet, 3-inches. Located in the rear left corner of the home, the Owner’s Suite includes one single window facing the rear of the home. The Walk-In Closet, located in the middle of the plan between the Owner’s Suite and Secondary Bedroom Number 2, measures 8-feet, 3-inches by 4-feet, 0-inches. The Owner’s Bedroom and closet both include carpet flooring.
Owner’s Bath – Upon entering, a single window is located behind the entry door facing the rear of the home, and an oversized vanity with single sink sits directly ahead on the interior-facing wall. The toilet is perpendicular to the shower stall, which has corner shelves. Vinyl flooring is included.

Laundry Room – Located down the Front Entry stairs between the Garage and the Unfinished Basement toward the rear of the plan, the Laundry Room features hook ups for a side-by-side washer and dryer. Vinyl flooring from the drop space between the Garage and Unfinished Basement continues back into the Laundry Room.
Garage –The two-car, front-entry Garage sits at the front of the layout on the left side and features two separate doors. Dimensions are 22-feet 10-inches by 19-feet, 8-inches.
Unfinished Basement – Located on the opposing side of the Garage, the Unfinished Basement takes up the entire half side of the plan with two side-by-side windows facing the front yard. On the rear wall is a 4-foot by 4-foot egress window well, which faces out to the back yard.
