Dartmouth Single-Family Interactive Floor Plan Description – Elevation C:
The two-story Dartmouth features three front elevation options and starts with 2,243 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, two baths, a two-car, front-entry garage and an unfinished basement.
Main Level Included Features:
- From left to right on the front exterior, the Dartmouth Elevation C features a Dining Room, covered front Porch, and two-car Garage.
- Foyer Entry – Located to the left of the Garage, the two-story Foyer Entry features hard-surface flooring, a Powder Room immediately to the right, a straight staircase straight ahead, and access to the Dining Room to the left.
- Dining Room – Dimensions are 12-feet, 1-feet by 13-feet, 3-inches. Located in the front left corner of the home, the Dining Room features a double window facing out the front of the home and is accessible from the Foyer and from the Kitchen located in the left rear corner of the home. Carpet flooring is included.
- Kitchen – Dimensions are 12-feet, 3-inches by 13-feet, 0-inches. Located in the left rear corner of the home, the Kitchen features hard-surface flooring and L-shaped cabinetry beginning on the left-side exterior of the home and wrapping around to the rear exterior wall. Beginning at the adjoining wall of the Dining Room and the left-side exterior wall, the cabinets include a utility cabinet, 36-inch refrigerator space, stove, an angled double sink in the left corner with corner windows above, and then continues along the rear exterior wall with the dishwasher and additional cabinetry. When entering the Kitchen from the Dining Room, a double door pantry is located on the right along the adjoining wall of the Dining Room.
- Family Room – Dimensions are 19-feet, 7-inches by 12-feet, 11-inches. Located in the rear right corner of the home behind the Garage, the Family Room features two single windows on the rear exterior wall.
- Powder Room – Immediately upon entering the home, the Powder Room is located on the right adjoining wall of the Garage and features a pedestal sink at the front of the home facing the toilet on the opposite wall. This room includes hard-surface flooring.
- The Foyer hallway continues toward the rear of the home past the staircase adjoining wall on the left, a single door accessing the Garage on the right, a single-door hall closet on the right, and a drop zone on the right facing the single door leading to the downstairs Basement on the left. The hallway ends at the Breakfast Area at the rear of the home located between the Kitchen and Family Room.
- Breakfast Area – Dimensions are 11-feet, 0-inches by 9-feet, 6-inches. Located at the rear center of the home, the Breakfast Area features a sliding glass door leading to the back yard.
- Two Car, Front-Entry Garage – Dimensions are 21-feet, 4-inches by 20-feet, 0-inches. Located in the front right corner of the home, the Garage includes one large door and is located on the front, right side of the home.
Main Level Optional Features:
- Optional cabinets at drop zone area.
- Optional Morning Room – Dimensions are 14-feet, 11-inches by 11-feet, 6-inches. Located off the rear of the home at the Kitchen and Breakfast Area, the optional Morning Room features a cathedral ceiling with three single windows on the rear wall with circle-top center window, a double window on the left-side exterior wall, and a sliding glass door on the right-side exterior wall.
- Optional Keeping Room – Dimensions are 14-feet, 11-inches by 11-feet, 0-inches. This option is not available with the optional Morning Room. In lieu of the corner double sink, the optional Keeping Room extends off the rear left corner of the home and reconfigures the Kitchen to now include a functional, eat-in island with double sink and dishwasher overlooking the Breakfast Area and Family Room. The Keeping Room features a cathedral ceiling with three single windows facing the rear of the home with circle-top center window, a double window on the left-side exterior wall and a sliding glass door on the right-side exterior wall.
- Optional Keeping Room Cabinets – Option to continue the left-side exterior wall cabinetry in the Kitchen to the end of the Optional Keeping Room at the rear of the home.
- Optional 4-foot Family Room Rear Extension. This option adds a third single window centered between the original two on the rear exterior wall. The Family Room now measures 19-feet, 7-inches by 16-feet, 11-inches.
- Optional 2-foot Rear Extension – Entire Rear of Home – The Kitchen now measures 12-feet, 3-inches by 15-feet, 0-inches, the Breakfast Area now measures 11-feet, 0-inches by 11-feet, 6-inches and the Family Room now measures 19-feet, 7-inches by 14-feet, 11-inches. This option is not available with the optional Morning Room or optional Keeping Room.
- Optional 2-foot Family Room Extension with Optional 2-foot Rear Extension (entire rear) – the Family Room now measures 19-feet, 7-inches by 16-feet, 11-inches.
- Optional Family Room Fireplace - centered on the right-side exterior wall.
- Optional Family Room Windows – Two single windows on the right-side exterior wall. These windows flank the Optional Family Room Fireplace when selected.
- Optional Dining Room Windows – Two single windows on the left-side exterior wall.
- Optional Dining Room 45-degree Walkout Bay Window - angled bay window on the left side exterior wall with one center window and two angled windows.
- Optional Breakfast Area 90-degree Walkout Bay – Breakfast are extension that includes a sliding glass door on the rear wall.
- Optional 3-car, front-entry Garage – Dimensions for additional single-car Garage add-on are 12-feet, 0-inches by 20-feet, 0-inches.This option adds an extra bay to the existing two-car front entry garage and includes a 3rd, single front-entry door.
- Optional 2-car, side-entry Garage- includes one large side-entry garage door, and two single windows on the front exterior wall.
- Optional Main-Level Laundry Room – Located at the rear of the Garage with a single-door access to the Foyer hallway to the left, the optional Main-Level Laundry Room features hard-surface flooring and hookups for a side-by-side washer and dryer toward the right side of the home.
- Optional Mudroom – Dimensions are 11-feet, 5-inches by 5-feet, 5-inches. Located at the rear of the Garage with a single-door access to the Foyer hallway to the left, the optional Mudroom features hard-surface flooring.
- Optional Mudroom Extension with Optional Main-Level Laundry Room – Located at the rear of the Garage with a single-door access to the Foyer hallway to the left and hookups for a side-by-side washer and dryer toward the right side of the home.
- Optional Stair Railing at the Dining Room – in lieu of wall
- Optional Open Oak Treads, Risers and Skirt Board on the Stairwell.
- Optional Bull Nose Starter Step and Volute on the Stairwell.
Upper-Level Included Features:
- The L-shaped staircase from the main level empties onto a second floor landing facing the right side of the home. A short hallway leads toward the right side of the upper level past a Laundry Room on the right toward the front of the upper level, and ending at the Owner’s Bedroom located in the front right corner of the upper level. Carpet flooring extends throughout the second floor, with the exception of the laundry room and bathrooms.
- Owner’s Bedroom – Dimensions are 15-feet, 0-inches by 19-feet, 0-inches. Located in the front right corner of the upper level, the Owner’s Bedroom features two single windows facing out the front of the home and a Walk-In Closet to the left at the front of the home.
- Owner’s Walk-In Closet – this closet shares an adjoining wall with the Laundry Room and measures 7-feet, 2-inches by 7-feet, 9-inches with U-shaped wire shelving and a single window facing out the front of the home.
- Owner’s Bathroom – Located in the right rear corner of the home, the Owner’s Bathroom features a double-door entry, hard-surface flooring, a double-door linen closet immediately to the right on the right-side exterior wall, and a shower stall with built-in corner shelves in the right rear corner. Upon entering the Owner’s Bathroom, a dual vanity is located to the left opposite the shower followed by a single door to the water closet toilet. A single window sits between the water closet and shower facing out the rear of the home.
- Laundry Room – Located at the center of the upper level, the Laundry Room features hard-surface flooring, a single door closet on the right-side wall adjoining the Owner’s Bedroom, and hookups for a side-by-side washer and dryer on the adjoining wall of the Owner’s Walk-In Closet.
- Bedroom Number 2 – Dimensions are 12-feet, 1-inch by 11-feet, 11-inches. Bedroom Number 2 is located in the front left corner of the upper level and features a double window facing out the front and a walk-in closet. The closet measures 4-feet, 1-inch by 4-feet, 4-inches and is located on the room’s interior wall adjoining Bedroom Number 3.
- Bedroom Number 3 – Dimensions are 11-feet, 11-inches by 11-feet, 11-inches. Bedroom Number 3 is located in the left rear corner of the home adjoining Bedroom Number 2 toward the front and Bathroom Number 2 to the right. A walk-in closet, measuring 4-feet, 1-inch by 4-feet, 4-inches is located on the front interior wall adjoining Bedroom Number 2 and a single window looks out the rear of the home.
- Bathroom Number 2 – Sitting parallel to the staircase, Bathroom Number 2 sits on the rear exterior wall between Bedroom Number 3 and Bedroom Number 4. Bathroom Number 2 features hard-surface flooring, a single vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combination with built-in corner shelves on the rear exterior wall.
- From the stairs, if facing the hallway leading to the Owner’s Bedroom, Bedroom Number 4 sits diagonally to the left toward the rear of the upper level.
- Bedroom Number 4 – Dimensions are 11-feet, 1-inch by 11-feet, 6-inches. Bedroom Number 4 is located at the rear of the upper level between Bathroom Number 2 and the Owner’s Bathroom and features a single window on the rear exterior wall and a closet with sliding doors on the left-side wall adjoining Bathroom Number 2.
Optional Upper-Level Features:
- Optional Cathedral Ceiling in Owner’s Bedroom.
- Optional Luxury Owner’s Bath – This option reconfigures the right-side wall of the Owner’s Bathroom to now include a walk-in ceramic tile shower immediately to the right, followed by an oversized corner garden tub with a window on the rear exterior wall and window on the right-side exterior wall. A half wall with glass panel separates the tub and the shower. A single-door linen closet is now located on the left side of the Bathroom between the dual vanity and water closet access.
- Optional Whirlpool Upgrade with Luxury Owner’s Bath – This option reconfigures the right-side wall of the Owner’s Bathroom to now include a walk-in ceramic tile shower immediately to the right followed by Whirlpool soaking tub with window above. A half wall with glass panel separates the tub and the shower. A single-door linen closet is now located on the left side of the Bathroom between the dual vanity and water closet access.
- Optional Extended Owner’s Walk-In Closet – In lieu of the two-story Foyer, the optional Extended Owner’s Walk-In Closet continues along the front exterior wall toward the Entry below and measures 15-feet, 1-inch by 7-feet, 9-inches. The Extended Owner’s Walk-In Closet features two single windows facing out the front of the home.
- Optional Second Walk-In Owner’s Closet – With optional main-level Laundry Room, the upper-level Laundry Room can instead be a second Walk-In Owner’s Closet measuring 7-feet, 2-inches by 7-feet, 1-inch.
- Optional Bathroom Number 3 – Not available with Optional Extended Owner’s Walk-In Closet. This bathroom is private to Bedroom Number 2 and closes off the two-story foyer. Features include hard-surface flooring, single vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combination.
- Optional double vanities in Bathroom Number 2 – In lieu of wall-length closet with sliding doors in Bedroom Number 4, this option adds an additional single vanity behind the single-door entry of Bathroom Number 4 along the wall adjoining Bedroom 4 on the right.
- Optional Laundry Room Cabinets – This option adds cabinets above the hookups for the side-by-side washer and dryer and adds a utility sink on the same wall to the left of the hookups.
Lower-Level Included Features:
- Unfinished Basement – Includes a 4-foot by 4-foot egress window well that faces out to the rear of the home.
Optional Lower-Level Features:
- Optional Finished Recreation Room – Located on the left side of the Basement, the optional Finished Recreation Room measures 18-feet, 0-inches by 25-feet, 11-inches.
- Utility Room – Unfinished Storage space encompasses the entire right rear of the Basement, accessible through a single door at the rear of the Basement off the Optional Finished Recreation Room.
- Optional Basement Bathroom – Located to the right of the staircase, the optional Basement Bathroom features hard-surface flooring, a single vanity, toilet, and tub/shower combination with built-in corner shelves.
- Optional Flex Space – Located in the left rear corner of the Basement, the Flex Space measures 21-feet, 11-inches by 11-feet, 4-inches and is accessible through a single door at the rear of the optional Finished Recreation Room.
- Finished Recreation Room and Media/Exercise Room extend appropriately with main-level rear extension, Keeping Room and Morning Room options.
